Children policy – If in own room full price of room. Extra bed - 8 and over sharing a room with 2 full paying adults is £50 bed and breakfast. Children under 8 are free, meals charged accordingly.
All rates are per room, per night, based on two people sharing, inclusive of V.A.T at 20%.

50% of 1st night required as a deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation policy – if cancelled within 14 days guests will be liable for the full cost of their stay, unless room is resold in which case a refund will be made. In all cases of cancellation there will be a £25 handling charge.
